Aerial map of the FarmHUD test property

AI-powered farm management

One AI platform to run and protect your entire farm.

FarmHUD's AI reads every sensor, camera, and system on your property and manages it as one dynamic, all-in-one system — through the glasses in the field, the web app in the office, the mobile app on the move, or a terminal wherever you need one. Same data, same intelligence, whichever interface you're standing in front of.

The platform

Every operational layer, connected.

Every offering below feeds the same AI-driven farm management platform — nothing here is a standalone gadget.

Aerial property map with traced boundaries
01

Site Survey & Spatial Mapping

Sub-metre drone and satellite capture of the whole property, with legal and physical boundaries traced precisely — waterfront edges, fence jogs, road entries — then divided into named operational zones your team already recognises, not a generic grid.

02

Sensor & Telemetry Installation

Fence-voltage monitors, gate sensors, tank-level floats, flow meters on pumps and irrigation lines, soil-moisture probes, weather stations, and solar/generator/battery monitoring, all reporting into one live feed.

03

Security & Access Control

Perimeter cameras with licence-plate and silhouette recognition, fence-breach alerts, and direct integration with the perimeter hardware you already run — Gallagher, Trisec, HikVision.

05

Integration Layer

One data model that pulls in Agri-Router, CloudFarmland, Wyma, Skudu, FarmSpace, and Cape CITrus, so nothing you already pay for gets replaced — only connected.

06

Mobile & Web Apps

A field app for logging tasks and treatments as they happen, and a web dashboard for the historical trends, reporting, and permissions an owner needs from the office.

Wall-mounted touchscreen terminal in a farm setting
07

On-Site Terminals

A touchscreen management terminal installed wherever the property needs it — dairy, crush, packhouse, gatehouse, or farm office. Fast enough for a worker logging a treatment with wet hands, and complete enough for a manager to run the full web app on-site, no laptop required.

08

Backup & Records Continuity

Every alert, reading, and log stored in three places — locally on the edge device, on a site server, and in an encrypted offsite backup — so nothing depends on a single point of failure or a single connection.

Drone survey capture of the property
09

Drone Services

Seasonal re-survey to keep the map current, LiDAR passes for flood and hazard modelling ahead of the wet season, and aerial patrol for herd checks or anti-poaching sweeps over ground too vast to walk.

10

Staff & Accounting

Rota scheduling, geolocation sign-in and sign-out, payroll, and direct integration with Sage and QuickBooks.

How it connects

We don't replace what you already run. We plug into it.

Where the intelligence runs

Built to keep working when the signal doesn't.

Runs on-site on the FarmHUD Edge Server. Classification, alerts, and logging continue with no internet connection. Data syncs to the cloud whenever a connection becomes available.

[EDGE] person detected — north fence — 02:14
[EDGE] classification: human — confidence 94%
[EDGE] alert raised — no network — queued locally
[SYNC] connection restored — 06:03
[SYNC] 6 events uploaded — 0 lost

Every alert, sensor reading, and maintenance action is logged in three places: locally on the edge device, on a site server, and in an encrypted cloud backup that syncs whenever a connection is available. An unbroken, tamper-evident log is exactly what an insurer wants to see to justify a lower premium.

One AI platform, not six tools

This isn't a bundle of add-ons. It's the all-in-one, AI-powered farm management platform.

Everything on this page runs on the same AI platform — adopt all of it, or only the parts you need. Either way, it's built as one intelligent system from day one, not stitched together afterward.

Security, water, crops, infrastructure, livestock, staff, and accounting usually live in six different tools, or in a notebook in the bakkie. FarmHUD's AI reads all of it — from a fence-voltage drop to a worker's clocked hours to a herd's health record — and manages it from one place: the glasses, the web app, the mobile app, or an on-site terminal wherever one's installed. One login. One property. One AI-managed system of record.
